The Connect through Craft group meets fortnightly on a Friday in the Community Room on the Ground Level of the Garratt Street Centre.
A class, usually papercraft, is offered once per month (every second meeting) when kits are available so that you can make your own version following the sample designed.
The class offers a chance to learn new crafting techniques.
When there is no class, you are welcome to attend and bring your own project or just join us for a social outing.
Knitters and sewers in the group often produce items for local charities that are distributed in Canberra, in Australia and throughout the world.

The meeting is led by Julie Atwell who is in Samoa for a year filling a volunteer role. Samoa is 3 hours ahead of Canberra in time.
The zoom meeting is booked for 40 minutes and cuts off when the time has elapsed.
